PONAR Silesia Group was established to provide a comprehensive Customer service in hydraulic components, spare parts, repairs and complete supply of oil hydraulic systems.

The Group consists of two companies:

• PONAR Wadowice S.A., a renowned producer of power hydraulic elements, well-known on the domestic market and abroad, and PONAR Silesia S.A., a dynamically expanding manufacturer and supplier of hydraulic systems. Thanks to tradition combined with advanced technology, we have become more innovative, flexible and effective in responding to Customers’ needs.
• PONAR Silesia S.A. designs and supplies advanced hydraulic and oil lubrication systems, integrated on Customer’s request with automatics, providing support during the assembly and start-up. The company delivers hydraulic installations for different mounting methods (welding, tube forming, upsetting or cutting ring).

Directional control valves

Directional control valves are used to regulate fluid (oil) flow in hydraulic systems. Our offer includes a wide selection of directional control valves with a variety of controls, suitable for many different applications. We also provide subplates for all types of directional control valves and if requested by the Customer, we can meet any additional requirements. Depending on the type of order, our electro-hydraulically operated directional control valves can be equipped with a pilot choke adjustment, stroke limiter or a limit switch.

Hydraulic pumps

PV type vane pumps are used to provide oil flow to hydraulic devices and systems. These are vane pumps of variable displacement and adjustable pressure.

Advantages:

• easy start-up by automatic air bleeding
• low noise level
• hydrodynamically lubricated bearings to ensure long bearing life
• good sliding characteristics of control discs due to bronze coating and semi-fluid friction

Hydraulic motors

Zadaniem silnika hydraulicznego jest zamiana energii ciśnienia cieczy na energię mechaniczną ruchu obrotowego. Oferowane przez nas silniki są dostępne w wielu wariantach sposobu mocowania od strony napędu.
Zasilane mogą być strumieniem oleju pod ciśnieniem do 35 MPa. Są stosowane w pojazdachspecjalnych,maszynach rolniczych oraz urządzeniach dla górnictwa.

Hydraulic filters

We offer a wide range of hydraulic filters. Apart from the popular suction filters, pressure filters and returnline filters, our offer includes mobile and stationary filtration units, equipment for cleaning lubrication oils and/or cooling fluids, equipment for monitoring the clarity of oil in a working hydraulic system (including water content) and for determining oil cleanliness. We also provide high-quality filter elements.
