  Production capabilities analysis.

  Conceptual engineering, in which material flows and people flows are processed, and lists of necessary equipment and infrastructure are made.

  Detailed engineering (P&ID, 3D).

  Developing of the supervisory control and data acquisition system (SCADA).

  The design process takes into account the regulations applicable in the customer’s country (EU by default).

  The project management and its design are carried out in accordance with GEP (Good Engineering Practice).

  Berhord A&D provides a comprehensive approach on the implementation of the tasks related to system design, which includes:

• Finding engineering solutions for the provided problem.
• Using our own materials and technologies for implementing the task.
• Installing the equipment, starting-up and synchronizing the processes at the customer’s plant.
• Process automation.
• Training the staff and providing them with quality technical documentation.

  Project approval occurs through making the commercial offer and presenting the schematic diagrams P&ID (Pipe and Instrumental Diagram).

  Our projects are based on 3D modeling, with a following release of working drawings.
