The modular walls for cleanrooms manufactured by our strategic partner “GMP Technical Solutions”, have been already installed in many countries. They are used in medicine, pharmacology, enterprises in the electronic industry - where the need for an extremely clean working environment. These products are adapted to the requirements for any cleanroom class, as defined by current rules of Food and Drug Administration organization (cGMP).

In order to meet the specifications of rooms with controlled air conditions, a full range of partitions and ceiling systems is available. The panels are resistant to abrasion, chemical materials and reagents, to formaldehyde fumigation, to the effects of steam and water, and to artificial ultraviolet light, are nonflammable, fireproof and lint-free.

  • The panels have a high impact resistance.
  • The surface of the panel does not emit particles.
  • The surface of the panel has a high resistance to scratching.
  • The panels optimally balanced between hardness and flexibility.
  • The panels are linked through special connection profiles.

Variations of materials used for the panels:

  • Stainless Steel (SS).
  • High Pressure Laminate (HPL).
  • Fiberglass Composite (GRP).
  • The surface of the galvanized iron panels is protected with either a polymeric coating (PPGI), or powder paint, applied by electrostatic spraying.

For joints insulation we also use different materials:

  • Polyurethane foam (PUF).
  • Polyisocyanurate (PIR).
  • Mineral wool.
  • Paper honeycombs.

Our fire resistant doors are certified by accredited international certification bodies - Central Building Research Institute (CBRI), Warrington Fire Research Group (UK) and Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (USA). The door fittings we use manufactured by DORMA or DOYEN, companies that also meet international standards.

The cleanrooms can be equipped with any necessary equipment, such as: gear compartments (pass-boxes), laminar modules with air showers, desks with laminar air flow, specialized furniture, etc.
