SCADA and building automation system

  Berhord A&D has considerable experience in the organization of Automatic Process Control Systems (APCS), Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS). When working with the pharmaceutical industry, we pay maximum attention to the compliance of our systems and their software support, with regulatory documents, such as the 21CFR part 11 of US regulations and with the methodology of Good Automated Manufacturing Practice in the Pharmaceutical Industry (GAMP 5). The basis of our approach is the evaluation of risks, meaning we analyze the factors that might be affecting the safety of the products.

  The Building Automation Systems and Environmental Management Systems providing monitoring and tracking of a number of environmental parameters, such as temperature, relative humidity, pressure differential, the quality of the supplied air, the amount of the aerosol particles (for classifying the building under the ISO 14644-1 standard). We implement our designs in the form of modular and scalable systems, allowing their use for autonomous production units and for enterprises with a wide range of productions.

  The hardware components which we use are reliable, have proven their worth over the decades, and are manufactured by world-renowned electronics companies like Siemens, Schneider Electric and Omron.
