• Automatic CIP cleaning of the prefilter and the sterile filter using injection water, with direct flow and reverse flow, if required.
• Automatic SIP sterilization of the prefilter and the sterile filter using saturated pure steam.
• The even flow of the solution through the filter prevents fast clogging and premature deterioration of the filter elements.
• The storage vessel and the main reactor have the same volume.
• The filtration system has the ability to automatically air removal (including the filter housing).
• The solution filter or the filter for sterile filtration of the inert gas, are automatically tested for integrity (built into the control system).
• Monitoring of the differential pressure for determining the state of the membranes.
• Inside surface purity – RA <0,4μ.
