Water treatment systems

  For those cases when there is no clean and soft water for an enterprise to use for their recipes, CIP systems, steam generators, etc., we offer to solve this problem by means of water treatment systems.

  This system consists of a complex set of filters, which matches the results of the initial analysis of the water at the plant. We also install a network of PVC pipelines and multi-stage pump.

  Since in large plants the need for clean water is increased, it is possible to install storage vessels in separate rooms where the already treated water would be kept. These vessels are equipped with a water pumping station and automated switches that supply the water to different floors and objects.

  To treat the water for subsequent production of sweet drinks or beverages, the following steps are to be followed:

• Filtering through a multimedia filter which consists of active carbon, a deionization rod and UV lamps;
• If you have special requirements for the water, such methods as reverse osmosis systems, continuous electrodeionization, ultrafiltration and nanofiltration, can be applied.
