Process reservoirs
Berhord A&D offers its expertise in the development of reservoirs, as well as logical systems for temperature control and for keeping the stirrer or the dozer working in the right pace, which is needed to perform certain process parameters that are required in the production of wine, beer and other beverages.
The main types of containers in the alcohol industry are:
- Horizontal and vertical containers for storing of 1 to 200 m³ of the product;
- Containers with cooling/heating jackets for wine blending or for beverage preparation;
- Containers lined with an insulation of up to 150 mm;
- Containers with built-in mixing devices. These devices include high-speed and low-speed side mixers, vertical mixers, etc.;
- Tanks designed for wine fermentation, which have the possibility to use an automatic pigeage robot;
- Alcohol columns etc.
Important features in the production of containers:
- Choosing the right material. Our company imports stainless steel certified by the EU;
- Metal thickness. The walls of containers are made out of steel with a thickness of 1.5-3 mm, and the bottom and the cover of the container are from 2 to 4 mm thicker than the main body;
- The quality of the welds. For the production of containers we use automatic welding columns, which allow us to obtain uniform in thickness and in depth welds;
- Quality fittings and instrumentation. All additional components are imported from the EU.
All tanks are linked together with a piping system for feeding with nitrogen, propylene glycol and other auxiliary media involved in the preparation of beverages.
